You'll start in the finishing and assembly department, working with precision-machined components and learning how complex automotive moulds are prepared and assembled.

What You'll Be Doing
- Clean, deburr and finish precision-machined mould components.
- Remove excess material and prepare parts for assembly.
- Use grinders, hand tools and other equipment to achieve proper fit and finish.
- Inspect components for quality, accuracy and surface condition.
- Assist with fitting and assembling mould components.
- Learn to interpret basic drawings, measurements and manufacturing specifications.
- Work alongside experienced machinists and technicians to develop your technical skills.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, machining, fabrication, metal finishing or a similar environment.
- Good mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Willingness to learn new processes and develop technical skills.
- Reliability, teamwork and a robust work ethic.
Previous mould-making experience is not required. We're interested in people with the right mechanical aptitude, attitude and desire to learn.
