We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join a leading luxury retailer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-end retail workplace and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Process cash, credit, debit, returns, exchanges, and special orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the system.
- Support the sales team with various administrative and customer service needs.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare daily cash and credit transaction reports.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional cash desk and surrounding area.
- Assist with other store operations as required.





Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or retail, ideally within a premium or luxury workplace.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a polished and professional presence.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions and customer information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
