What You’ll Be Doing:

- Engaging prospective clients in door-to-door marketing campaigns
- Educating and value building clients on energy efficiency upgrades
- Generating leads based on an assigned customer base




- Building strong skills in communication, negotiation, and closing
- Using in-field CRM software to track leads and assessments

Performance Bonuses:

- Weekly Bonuses: $200 – $800+ for hitting sales targets
- Monthly Bonuses: for top performers

Average Earnings:

- Entry-Level: $60,000 – $80,000/year
