Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and drink recipes to assist guests effectively
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Keep the service area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient operation

Skills





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Robust bartending skills including mixing drinks, garnishing, and understanding alcohol regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and calculating totals accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism

Pay: From $13.30 per hour
