We are currently hiring experienced Raymond Reach Forklift Operators for our night operations.

IMPORTANT: Raymond Reach Experience Required

This is not an entry-level forklift position.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on Raymond Reach experience, with recent experience operating the equipment on a regular basis in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Candidates selected to move forward must successfully complete an in-person practical Raymond Reach drive assessment as part of the hiring process.

General forklift, counterbalance, walkie or pallet-jack experience alone does not meet the experience requirement for this position.

What You'll Do

- Operate Raymond Reach equipment to safely retrieve and put away products and materials in warehouse racking.
- Pick products accurately using location codes and sales orders.
- Use RF scanners as part of day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Assist with inbound/outbound shipments, loading, unloading and put-aways.
- Lift and move products weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Support general warehouse operations as required.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Raymond Reach experience, with recent experience operating the equipment on a regular basis.
- Experience independently completing pallet put-away and retrieval from warehouse racking.




- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience using an RF scanner.
- Comfortable completing a hands-on Raymond Reach drive assessment during the recruitment process.
- Able to frequently lift/move approximately 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work with minimal supervision.

Shift Details

Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday

Mandatory Training: Candidates must be available to work 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM for the first 1–2 weeks for onboarding, certification checks and systems training.

Following training, you will transition to your permanent night shift.

Pay: $23.62 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
