Front and Kitchen Staff support smooth restaurant service by preparing food, assisting guests, processing orders, and keeping work areas clean and organized. This hands-on role combines kitchen tasks with front-of-house service, requiring flexibility, care, and a welcoming approach throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food, follow food-handling and food-safety practices, and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and service areas.
- Welcome customers, take orders, operate POS or Micros POS systems, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Use basic math and time-management skills to support accurate transactions, coordinate tasks, and keep service moving.
- Answer customer questions and suggest relevant items through attentive service and appropriate upselling.

Qualifications

Required: Practical food preparation, food handling, sanitation, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, customer service, and time-management capabilities support safe, accurate daily service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, or kitchen experience; serving experience and familiarity with POS or Micros POS systems are helpful strengths for contributing confidently across front and kitchen duties.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
