About the Opportunity

Jam Van Inc., an experiential marketing agency, is looking for enthusiastic and personable Brand Ambassadors to support an upcoming beauty and lifestyle brand activation in Kitchener, Ontario!

We're seeking outgoing, reliable individuals who enjoy connecting with people, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about creating positive and memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with consumers in a friendly, approachable, and qualified manner.
- Represent the brand and communicate key messaging and promotional information.
- Distribute promotional materials and giveaways to encourage consumer engagement.
- Answer general questions and create positive interactions with potential customers.
- Gather consumer feedback and insights through natural conversations.
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and maintaining a clean, organized activation space.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a smooth and successful activation.

Qualifications

- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable approaching and engaging with the public.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in beauty, haircare, cosmetics,



or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with diverse hair types and haircare products is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, experiential marketing, promotional events, retail, or customer service is an asset.
- Available for both activation dates and a paid virtual training session beforehand.

Event Details

- Location: Kitchener, ON
- Dates: Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29, 2026
- Schedule: Approximately 12–16 hours total across two days, including setup and teardown. Exact shift times will be confirmed closer to the event.
- Compensation: $22–$24 per hour
- Training: Paid virtual training scheduled for Wednesday, November 25, 2026.
