Shift Availability: Between 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM Monday to Friday (rotating schedule, including opens, closes)
Salary: $18 per hour + tips

What You’ll Do

As a Salad Maker/Prep Team Member, you are responsible for delivering outstanding service while preparing high-quality meals. You’ll be the face of The Green Window - friendly, efficient, and always ready to help.

Responsibilities:

- Greet every customer with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Guide guests through the menu and make helpful suggestions
- Prepare salads and bowls quickly and accurately, following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep line
- Keep all work areas sanitized and follow food safety protocols
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Communicate clearly and positively with team members
- Handle customer questions or concerns with care and attention

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality,



or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
