The Production Leader runs a team of assemblers on the shop floor and makes sure every harness and cable assembly ships on time, to print, and to IPC/WHMA-A-620. This is a hands-on role: you lead by example at the bench while planning the shift and solving problems as they come up.

You are the link between the floor and management, quality, purchasing and engineering. Success means on-time delivery, low rework. Run wire cut and strip machine, assign work to production assemblers. Train current and existing staff on crimping, stripping, soldering, termination, routing and cross-train so no job depends on one person.

Occasional lifting up to 23 kg (50 lb)

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
