The Role

- Approximately 80% commercial service and maintenance
- Approximately 20% installations
- Troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial overhead door systems
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
- Organizing service calls, materials, and daily workload effectively

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing and/or installing commercial or industrial overhead doors
- Experience with rolling steel doors, dock levelers, and rubber doors is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract




- Able to obtain required security clearance
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and good time management
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Compensation
$70,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
