Our average customer is an owner-operator who is either just starting or looking to take their business to the next level. We help with tax planning, financial reporting and optimizing accounting processes to strengthen internal controls and improve performance. We are looking for entry or mid-level staff accountants who will get the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and dynamic small business owners our region has to offer.

Working with the Partners, you will be dealing with clients directly and have tremendous professional development opportunities.

The majority of our work is for private enterprises, allowing us to have an even distribution of work through the year. After corporate work, we have a strong presence in work for First Nations. We have in house strength that allows us to do corporate tax restructurings and provide accounting systems installation and support services. We hire for full time positions and invest in staff with the expectation that they will grow into more advanced roles. All of our partners started as students.
