We are a well-established fast-growing Service and Design Build Company in the Industrial and Commercial industry looking for hard-working, motivated, reliable, independent and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our Team.
The individual in this role will be responsible for the Installation and Service of our clients HVAC systems. Looking for a candidate for Commercial experience. Candidates should have extensive experience in HVAC as well as possess a G1 License, a 313A License and have experience in working with boiler systems.
Technical Qualifications:
- **Minimum 3 years’ experience of installing and servicing various HVAC units including:
- Heat Pumps, Fan Coils, Boilers, Air Conditioning Systems, ERV’s, Chillers etc.
- **Must be able to work flexible hours.
- **Must have a positive working knowledge of controls and building automation systems
- **Trade Qualifications:
- Refrigeration License
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret drawings and manuals.
- Customer service skills are paramount with desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Always ensuring the job is done correctly the first time.
Personal Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Valid Social Insurance Number.
- Able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items, carry ladders, work from heights ect.
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules
- Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
