Snow-haulage opportunities: earn up to $40/hour while assigned to snow-haulage work

Schedule: Weather-dependent shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

When winter weather hits, people still need to reach their homes, workplaces and building entrances. Join LP Landscape Plus as a sidewalk crew member and help keep those routes clear and accessible—with a team that values careful work, accountability and respect.

Is this you?

You take pride in finishing a job properly. Your teammates can count on you to show up prepared, communicate clearly and look after the equipment and properties you work on. You enjoy hands-on outdoor work and are ready for the physical demands of winter maintenance, including repeated shovelling, pushing equipment and walking in cold conditions, with accommodation where needed.

The work

Working with your crew manager and teammates, you’ll clear snow from designated sidewalks, walkways, entrances and steps using shovels, snow blowers and assigned equipment. You’ll apply approved de-icing materials as instructed and follow property-specific site maps and work requirements.

You’ll also check equipment, flag hazards or service issues promptly, and record your work accurately in LMN, including site notes and required before-and-after photos. When something is unclear or unsafe,



we expect you to stop and ask—not guess on a customer’s property.

What success looks like

- Dependable attendance: You arrive ready for your scheduled shifts and communicate any attendance issue before your start time.
- Thorough site work: Assigned pedestrian areas meet the site requirements, with missed areas or obstacles identified and reported before you leave.
- A clear record of the work: Each visit has accurate time entries, required photos and notes, with hazards, damage and equipment concerns reported during the same shift.
