Job Description

We are looking to hire a reliable and motivated Stocking 3 Team Leader to coordinate overnight team activities related to merchandise movement, replenishment, and maintaining store operational standards. This role includes supporting associates, organizing work priorities, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist in leading and coordinating overnight stocking activities in accordance with priorities communicated by the Overnight Assistant Manager and the daytime management team.




- Evaluate the overall presentation of merchandise and the appearance of the store by identifying deficiencies requiring corrective action and making merchandise presentation changes as needed.
- Ensure defective merchandise is brought to the claims office.
- Assume overall responsibility for store safety in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager. Manage accidents that occur during the overnight shift in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager.
- Inspect designated areas of the store to ensure adequate security and compliance of physical facilities.
- Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to achieve production results.

Qualifications

- Retail, stocking, or supervisory experience is an asset
- Solid organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Able to lift, carry, and move merchandise safely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
