NOW HIRING: Handyman / Handywoman

Residential & Commercial Property Repairs and Renovations

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Handyman or Handywoman to join our team! The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys tackling a variety of maintenance, repair, and renovation projects across residential and commercial properties.

Job Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Flooring: Baseboards, and Trim Installation and replacement of various flooring types.
- Plumbing: Basic plumbing repairs, including replacing toilets, installing shut-off valves, and addressing minor plumbing issues.
- Basic Electrical: Replacing electrical outlets and installing light fixtures.
- Drywall & Painting: Patching and repairing drywall, preparing surfaces, and completing interior painting.
- General Repairs: Completing routine maintenance, repairs, and property improvements.
- Renovations: Assisting with residential and commercial renovation projects.
- Property Maintenance: Identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring work is completed safely and professionally.
- Emergency Repairs: Being available for occasional after-hours emergency calls as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or renovation experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.




- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Must have a reliable personal truck to travel to and from job sites.
- Must be willing to work Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours emergency work as needed.
- Must have your own basic tools and the ability to safely perform the duties required. Tools can be provided for the right candidate.
- Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly wage: To be discussed $30/hr - $40/hr based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Daily fuel bonus: $20/day Provided to help offset travel expenses.
- Medical and dental advantages: Available after 90 days of employment.
