Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Administrator to help us build an exceptional patient experience from day one. Previous Dental experience is required. If you're confident managing appointments, insurance claims, and patient communication while keeping the front desk running smoothly, We'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries about our services.
- Process payments and assist with insurance claims.
- Coordinate insurance pre-authorizations for patient treatment.
- Manage patient referrals and prepare dentist reports.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
