Overview

We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Screw Pile Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with screw pile installation, understands job-site safety, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of screw pile installation experience.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence and a clear three-year driver’s abstract — mandatory, non-negotiable.
- Experience operating excavators (such as John Deere or Link-Belt) equipped with screw piling attachments and/or skid steers.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
- Current ground disturbance certification (e.g., CSO Ground Disturbance Level 2) and Standard First Aid certification, as required for the position.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on changing job sites.
- Strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset,



and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining equipment and completing work to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate equipment safely and efficiently during screw pile installation.
- Install screw piles according to site drawings, project specifications, and required tolerances.
- Work closely with the swamper and other crew members to ensure secure and accurate installation.
- Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements.
- Maintain a professional attitude and help keep job sites organized and productive.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
