As a Class 1 Driver, you’ll transport freight safely and reliably, using commercial driving skills and sound judgment to support smooth deliveries and day-to-day operations. Pay per mile plus an hourly rate for working time or drops & picks. mainly line haul with some locations requiring assistance to load/offload the trailer
Duties
- Operate a Class 1 vehicle to collect, transport, and deliver freight, following assigned routes and handling instructions.
- Complete vehicle checks, secure loads, and report issues that could affect safe or timely transport.
- Coordinate delivery updates with colleagues and handle freight carefully.
- Your impact: dependable deliveries help colleagues plan work and keep freight moving to its destination.
Qualifications
Required: minimum 12 months verifiable experience in highway driving, Practical commercial driving capability, secure vehicle operation, attention to detail, and the ability to follow delivery instructions and communicate updates.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
