*************EXPERIENCE IN SEAFOOD, CUTTING, PROTECTED HANDLING, PROCESSING ORDERS AND PACKING

REQUIRED************************************

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare seafood by cleaning, filleting, and portioning according to product specifications
- Operate seafood processing machinery safely and efficiently, including grinders, slicers, and packaging equipment
- Ensure all products are handled in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Package seafood products accurately for shipment, maintaining proper labeling and documentation
- Conduct quality checks throughout the processing stages to identify defects or contamination
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic setting




- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and recording product quantities

Qualifications/Skills:

- Must have experience in seafood processing (cutting in portions, packing)
- Knowledge of Seafood packaging techniques and manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices for seafood handling and workplace safety regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Willingness to learn new skills related to seafood processing and food safety protocols
