We are currently seeking a Reverse Home Share Provider to provide live-in care to a male individual with cerebral palsy and has multiple diagnosis, who lives in his home with some family members. The home share provider will have own private bedroom, private half bath, and shared shower. Kitchen, living room and common areas are shared.

The employer is in a wheel chair, requires full care including lifts, transfers, personal care, will need caregiver to take him to sports activities, out in the community, and to travel within or outside of Canada at times for sports. He enjoys watching sports, specially hockey. Plays bocce ball, enjoys socializing, being out in the community, going to place of worship.

Location:

- Burnaby (Near Burnaby General Hospital)

Pay rate:

- $4800 per month

Expected Hours of Work:

- 24 hour live in care

The ideal candidate will be:

- Patient and understanding
- Open minded to other cultures and traditions
- Able to accompany the employer to their place of worship
- Outgoing and has a positive attitude.

Basic Requirements:

- Experience with lifts and transfers
- Experience with full personal care required
- Valid First Aid required
- Must hold a valid Driver's license




- Passport and valid travel documents required for travelling outside Canada
