Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and cranes. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, operating warehouse machinery safely, picking and packing orders with precision, and maintaining organized inventory records using warehouse management systems. Responsibilities

- Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately according to specifications to support order fulfillment.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Utilize warehouse management systems such as AS400 to track inventory levels, update stock records, and support inventory control.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries.
- Assist in packaging products securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards.




- Support manufacturing or construction-related activities by handling materials efficiently and operating relevant machinery when required.

Experience

- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations.
- Proven ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or similar machinery.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as AS400 or equivalent software.
- Mechanical knowledge gained through manufacturing or construction experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, packaging, and load & unload activities.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards.
