Job Overview

Align Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Construction Site Foreman/Woman to supervise and coordinate construction crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews.
- Supervise workers and construction projects.
- Coordinate and schedule construction-related activities.
- Coordinate work with project supervisors, managers, and the office.
- Monitor productivity and quality of work on site.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Estimate costs and required materials.
- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Oversee apprenticeship training.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols.





Requirements

- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Previous experience supervising construction workers or projects is an asset.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Work Schedule

- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Flexible hours
- Overtime available
- On-call availability may be required

Work Location

This is an on-site position in New Westminster, BC. Remote work is not available.
