ToeFX Inc. is a Canadian health tech company that manufactures and sells innovative phototherapy products for fungal nail infections. We’re on a mission to improve the lives of people living with nail fungus through evidence-based, non-invasive solutions.

We are expanding our presence in the US podiatry market and are looking for an experienced growth marketing specialist who can generate qualified leads, build effective campaigns, and turn marketing investment into measurable sales. This is a six month position with potential to extend the contract.

Skills sought:

Paid Acquisition: Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and potentially LinkedIn Ads, including campaign testing, retargeting and acquisition costs.

CRM & Lifecycle Automation: Own CRM workflows, lead segmentation, scoring, routing and email/SMS nurturing.

Funnel Optimization: Improve conversion from lead to booked introduction, planning meeting and paying client.

Performance Reporting: Maintain dashboards tracking lead quality, CAC, show rates, conversion and revenue contribution.

Landing Pages & CRO: Develop conversion strategies, testing hypotheses, compelling copy and landing-page requirements.





Content & SEO: Produce effective acquisition copy, SEO-optimized content and high-converting messaging.

Sales Alignment: Coordinate with financial planners and operations to improve lead follow-up, appointment attendance and pipeline efficiency.
