What We’re Looking For
- Motivated individual who wants to start a life long carrier in the trades.
- Previous construction experience
- Comfortable and safe with power tools and general construction practices (for those newer to the trade).
- Bonus points for familiarity with Microsoft mobile apps.
- Reliable, motivated, organized, and professional.
- Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
