Seasonal/Full-time some on-call, overtime. Day, evening, and WEEKENDS required.
$17.00 Hourly. 40-72 Hours per week, some tasks paid by piece work.
9 positions available for 20 month term.

Anticipated Start dates: Various start dates between February 2027 and July 2027 (depending on needs of crops).

Tasks include: picking, packing, crop/ plant maintenance, systems tasks and maintenance, cleaning, record keeping, weeding, farm maintenance, and general farm tasks. Prior experience in agriculture preferred, but not required. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NO EDUCATION REQUIRED. Will train suitable candidates. This is a rapid- paced environment, minimum productivity required, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads (minimum lift of 50lb), physically demanding, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, large workload, continuous learning. Indoors/outdoors, at heights, wet/humid, extreme hot/cold.
Essential Skills: working with others, problem solving, critical thinking, significant use of memory, continuous learning. Speed, accuracy,



teachability and attention to detail required. Must be able to reach minimum of 190cm.
