We are looking for Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs)/ Montessori Casa Teachers, who are caring, committed, and eager to grow in a professional environment. What You’ll Do:

- Design and deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate programming aligned with How Does Learning Happen?
- Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 18 months to 6 years
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Maintain a secure, clean, inclusive classroom environment
- Observe and document children’s progress using digital tools (e.g., Kindertales)
- Meet Ministry and licensing requirements, and support inspections as needed
- Actively participate in professional development and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute long-term
- Positive attitude, emotional maturity, and team spirit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with digital documentation tools (we’ll train you!)
- For this position, we are not looking for fresh graduates.

Job Requirements:

- Registered and in valuable standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
- MACTE Diploma in Early Childhood
- Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check




- Updated immunizations including 2-step TB, Tetanus, MMR
- Physically able to engage with children indoors and outdoors
