NOW HIRING – ON-CALL CASUAL SECURITY GUARDS

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON

We are seeking experienced, professional, and reliable Security Guards to join our team on an on-call casual basis in Downtown Toronto.

Position Details:

- Position: Security Guard (On-Call / Casual)
- Location: Downtown Toronto
- Shifts: Thursday to Sunday (Overnight availability required)
- Schedule: On-call, based on operational requirements.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Minimum height requirement: 5'11" (178 cm).
- Previous security experience in nightclubs, lounges, bars, or event venues is mandatory.
- Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain a firm but respectful approach.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control access to the premises and monitor guest entry.
- Enforce venue rules and establishment policies.




- Monitor guest behavior and address disturbances professionally.
- Prevent unauthorized access and handle incidents appropriately.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Communicate with management regarding security concerns and incidents.
