Overview

The AZ DRIVER transports freight safely and reliably, supporting timely deliveries and smooth coordination with customers and colleagues. This hands-on role involves operating a commercial vehicle, handling freight, and contributing to efficient day-to-day transportation operations.

Positions available in Brampton, Mississauga, Bolton, and Cambridge area.

Paid Hourly, Mileage, flat rate, Kms, depending on the account.

Min 3 Months to 1 year experience is Required.

Duties

- Operate a commercial vehicle to transport freight along assigned routes, following applicable safety procedures and delivery instructions.
- Load, unload, and secure freight, using a forklift or other appropriate equipment when needed.
- Complete vehicle and load checks, report concerns promptly, and maintain accurate delivery and trip records.




- Coordinate with colleagues and customers about delivery progress, access needs, and freight handling.

Skills

Required: Practical commercial driving capability, safe freight handling, attention to detail, and transparent communication are important for completing deliveries and coordinating work. Preferred: Forklift operation, heavy equipment operation, and automotive repair skills are valuable strengths that can support freight handling, equipment use, and basic vehicle care.

Pay: $19.50-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 60.0 per week
