Paris Texas Grand Saloon brings together a sophisticated country-western aesthetic and high-energy saloon atmosphere with a premium culinary program featuring Texas-inspired classics, steaks, and scratch-made favorites.

We are looking for experienced, reliable, and team-oriented Line Cooks to join our opening and growing kitchen teams. We operate with small, strong teams where every cook plays an important role in the success of service. We value cooks who take pride in their work, communicate well, keep a clean station, and are willing to learn and contribute wherever they are needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking high-energy Line Cooks who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

For Sonny Can't Dance, we are particularly looking for cooks who are strong on grill and sauté, with the ability and willingness to learn and work other stations as needed.

For Paris Texas Grand Saloon, we are looking for cooks with solid line experience who can confidently execute grill, sauté, fry, and prep while maintaining consistency and efficiency throughout service.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, takes direction well, and understands that being a great line cook means supporting the entire team—not just your own station.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, stock, and prepare assigned stations for service
- Execute menu items accurately, efficiently, and consistently
- Strongly contribute to grill and sauté service,



with the ability to work other stations as needed
- Follow recipes, portion controls, cooking standards, and plating specifications
- Maintain excellent communication with chefs and fellow line cooks throughout service
- Manage your station effectively during high-volume periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
- Follow proper food handling, storage, FIFO, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep, breakdown, and closing duties
- Support other stations and team members when needed
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-first attitude

Qualifications & Skills

- 1–3+ years of professional line cook experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong experience with grill and sauté is an asset, particularly for Sonny Can't Dance
- Strong knife skills and solid understanding of cooking techniques
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Able to multitask while maintaining quality and consistency
- Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player who is willing to work across multiple stations
- Able to take direction and communicate effectively during service
- Food Handler's Certification required
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
