Colvoy Equipment located in Tillsonburg, Ontario currently has an opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join their team.

General Overview:

The Parts Advisor will assist with daily tasks within the Parts Department related to order processing and shipping as well as maintaining general cleanliness and organization of the parts inventory as directed by the Parts Manager. Additionally, in the absence of immediate parts related tasks, the Parts Advisor will be available to assist the Sales and Service Departments with the loading and unloading of equipment and shipping containers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ship and receive daily parts orders.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of large stock orders.
- Pick parts orders as directed by senior parts advisor.
- Conduct parts pickups and deliveries.
- Warehouse related tasks/general organizational tasks.
- Assist sales and service departments with parts identification and picking.
- Loading and unloading machinery and parts orders via forklift or loader.
- Participate in required inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts stockroom and warehouse.




- Ensure all safety protocols are being followed at all times.

Competencies and Qualifications:

- Valid Ontario Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract required.
- Valid forklift license is preferred, or willing to obtain.
- Heavy lifting required of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Basic mathematical skills required.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment would be an asset.
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Safety conscious and excellent team player with the desire for excellent customer service.
