Cotala Cross Media is the Lower Mainland's most popular Real Estate Marketing Media provider. We specialize in professional Photography, Videography, Drone, Floorplan, Staging, Graphic Design and Printing services. We also provide these services to other sectors including the general public.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team.

Duties include answering phone calls, answering emails, entering orders, communicating with other departments, and scheduling service appointments. Must have very strong organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, email communication etiquette, work well within a team environment, and be an effective problem solver.

Typically, you will expeditiously coordinate an average of 30 - 50 service appointments per day over telephone and/or email,



communicating with customers, their customers, and/or third party service providers for each appointment.

Duration: Full Time, Permanant

Required Experience: Customer Service - 1 Year+

Required Education: High School or Equivalent

Must be able to travel to our office in Langley, British Columbia full time.

Pay: $22.00-$27.50 per hour
