Join Our Growing Counselling Practice!

The Healing Tide Counselling is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced, compassionate counsellor to join our welcoming team!

Located on the third floor of Georgia Quay in downtown Campbell River, our beautiful professional space offers an excellent opportunity to grow your private practice without the financial commitment of renting your own office.

We’re primarily looking for someone interested in in-person counselling, with the flexibility to offer virtual sessions as well.

Who We’re Looking For





We’re seeking a counsellor with one of the following professional designations:

- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
- Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC)
- Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC)
- Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC)

Applicants should have relevant counselling experience, appropriate professional liability insurance, and a commitment to ethical, client-centred care.

Experience working with individuals, couples, youth, families or specialized mental health concerns is an asset.

Compensation & Schedule

Independent Contractor – 60/40 Revenue Split

You receive 60% of collected counselling fees, with office space, Jane App access, standard utilities and agreed practice support included in the arrangement.

Adaptable part-time or full-time availability. In-person counselling is preferred, with hybrid opportunities available.

Caseload and income are not guaranteed.
