The Glam Lab is looking for a motivated, personable Lash Technician to join our growing team!

We welcome applications from both experienced lash artists and newer technicians who are looking to develop their skills in a professional salon environment.

Previous lash extension training or certification is required; however, extensive experience is not necessary. We are willing to provide additional hands-on training and mentorship to help the right candidate improve their technique, confidence, and overall skill level.

We place a robust emphasis on exceptional customer service, communication, and sales skills. While we can provide additional technical training, candidates must already be confident interacting with clients and recommending services and products.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional lash extension services
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized client consultations
- Confidently recommend and upsell suitable services, memberships, and retail products
- Educate clients on lash maintenance and aftercare
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Follow salon standards and service protocols
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings

Required Qualifications

- Fluent English communication skills,



both spoken and written (non-negotiable)
- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Previous sales experience and confidence recommending products or services (required)
- Lash extension certification or previous formal training
- Basic knowledge of classic lash extensions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve

Experience with hybrid and volume lash extensions is an asset but not required.
