Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and is excited about helping customers find products they love. As a Sales Associate at Getoutside Shoes, you’ll engage customers in-store, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys staying up-to-date on fashion and shoe trends.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge for our wide selection of shoes, boots, runners, dress shoes and more!
- Stay informed on current inventory, product promotions, and new arrivals




- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to store events and promotions, especially during peak seasons

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Passion for fashion, shoes, and accessories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of or interest in key brands we carry is a plus (Converse, Vans, Birkenstock, Solovair, etc)
