Wine Storage & Cooling Showroom Sales Consultant

We don’t sell wine. We design and build the places it lives and enhance it's enjoyment.
Rosehill is one of Canada’s leading wine storage and cellar specialists. We sell wine racking, wine coolers, cellar cooling systems, accessories, and fully custom wine cellars. Collectors, homeowners, designers, and builders come to our Mississauga showroom and call our sales line for real advice. They don’t want a pitch. They want someone who understands wine, knows the product, and makes a big decision feel easy.

What you’ll do

- Welcome showroom visitors and handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries.
- Bring energy to every conversation, especially on the phone, where your voice is the first impression of Rosehill.
- Ask good questions about the customer’s space, collection, budget, and timeline, then recommend the right racking, cooler, or cooling system.
- Explain how temperature, humidity, and storage choices protect the wine, so customers understand why the right solution matters.
- Think creatively when a space is awkward, a budget is tight, or a standard product doesn’t fit.
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately in Shopify and Shopify POS.
- Follow up on quotes and open opportunities until they close.
- Work with our design, production, and shipping teams to keep every order on track.

What you bring

- 2+ years in sales or a customer-facing role where people relied on your advice. Wine retail, tasting rooms, restaurants, showrooms, design centres, appliances, and premium retail all count.
- Clear, confident communication, on the phone and in person.
- Genuine curiosity about wine. WSET Level 1, 2, or 3 or similar training is a strong plus.
- Comfort learning technical products,



such as cooling systems, and explaining them simply.
- Creative problem-solving. You enjoy finding the solution the customer hadn’t thought of.
- Sharp attention to detail on quotes, orders, and customer notes.
- A polished, professional presence that represents a premium brand.

Bonus points

- Shopify or Shopify POS experience (if not, we’ll train you).
- Experience with luxury goods, appliances, HVAC, cabinetry, or home products.
- Experience working with designers, builders, or trade customers.
