About the Role

We’re looking for a Barista who is enthusiastic about coffee, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a strong team.

You’ll prepare drinks with care, create welcoming experiences for our guests, and help keep the café running smoothly. You don’t need to know everything about specialty coffee when you arrive, but you should be curious, hardworking, and motivated to improve.

We’ll provide the training and support you need to develop your skills. In return, we’re looking for someone who shows up with a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, and can be counted on by their team.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare espresso and matcha drinks along with other café offerings with care and consistency
- Welcome guests and provide thoughtful, attentive service
- Learn about our coffee, recipes, and brewing methods
- Follow café procedures and quality standards
- Keep the bar and guest areas clean, organized, and well stocked
- Work efficiently and remain composed during busy periods




- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
- Take feedback openly and look for opportunities to improve

- Is friendly, thoughtful, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Stays calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in doing things properly

Previous barista experience is appreciated, but passion, reliability, and a strong work ethic matter most.

Requirements

- Availability for approximately 16-30 hours per week
- Availability to work mornings/weekends/holidays preferred
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification, or willingness to obtain it
