From the first conversation to the final farewell, you help create the thoughtful, personalized experience Nakai is known for.

What You'll Do

- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Create seamless experiences through thoughtful appointment scheduling and coordination.
- Build lasting relationships with our guests.
- Recommend services, products, and experiences based on individual guest needs.
- Support our salon and spa professionals in delivering exceptional service.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in recognizing the important role our Guest Care team plays in our success.

- Hourly wage: $16–$19, based on experience and responsibilities.
- Shared gratuities: Estimated additional $4.27 per hour, based on 2026 performance.
- Annual earning potential: Approximately $41,000–$47,000, including projected gratuities and vacation pay.
- Vacation pay and statutory holiday entitlements in accordance with Current Brunswick employment standards.

Gratuities are shared based on eligible team gratuities and hours worked. Amounts vary and are not guaranteed. Annual earnings are estimates based on a 37.5-hour workweek.
