Overview

As a Construction Worker, you’ll support construction projects through hands-on site work, including paving and the operation of heavy equipment. You’ll work alongside colleagues to complete tasks safely, keep work areas organized, and help projects progress efficiently. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, follows instructions carefully, and contributes to a team-oriented crew.

Duties

- Prepare work areas and materials, keeping tools and equipment organized and ready for use.
- Assist with paving tasks and other construction activities, following site plans and instructions.
- Operate heavy equipment as appropriate to assigned tasks, using care and communicating with the crew.
- Maintain a tidy work area and coordinate with colleagues to support safe,



steady progress.

Skills

Required: Practical ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, stay attentive to site conditions, and handle hands-on construction tasks. Preferred: Construction experience, paving familiarity, and heavy equipment operation skills are valuable strengths for contributing effectively to varied project work. Pay: $18.14-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
