In this leadership role, you'll work closely with executive leadership and bookkeeping teams across multiple locations to strengthen client relationships, improve processes, and support business transformation initiatives. Your Responsibilities

- You'll lead bookkeeping teams across multiple locations, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership.
- You'll oversee the review of bookkeeping files and financial reporting to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
- You'll build trusted relationships with clients by supporting onboarding, understanding business needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- You'll drive process improvements by standardizing workflows, optimizing technology, and enhancing operational efficiency.




- You'll support the integration of newly acquired businesses while helping create a collaborative and positive team culture.
- You'll partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives that support the continued growth of the bookkeeping division.

Skills and Qualifications

- 7+ years of progressive experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or outsourced accounting services.
- CPA designation, CPB, or equivalent accounting leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing accounting or bookkeeping teams.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and quality review processes.
- Experience with process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Yardi, or Carbon is considered an asset.
