Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.

- Handle cash and process customer transactions.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves.
- Help organize products and maintain a clean workspace.
- Use pallet jacks and forklifts when trained and authorized.
- Support the manager with daily store operations.
- Assist with training and supervising team members.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work with cash and handle transactions accurately.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform stocking duties.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is an asset.
