We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Wireless Sales Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Rogers and Fido mobile plans, smartphones, and wireless services.
- Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, and number transfers.
- Recommend suitable mobile plans and devices based on customer needs.
- Explain promotions, financing options, and service features.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell accessories and additional wireless services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions.
- Keep the store organized and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous Rogers or Fido sales experience is an advantage but NOT mandatory.
- Retail sales, wireless, telecom, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching customers and closing sales.
- Willingness to learn wireless plans, products, and activation systems.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends.
