Your responsibilities will include:

● Taking orders and serving customers quickly, accurately, and efficiently

● Preparing food and beverages while following all Uptown Cravings recipes, food safety, and quality standards

● Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment

UPTOWN CRAVINGS ~More Than Greens
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be essential in creating a positive experience.

Looking for

full time 30-40 hours per week

part time staff 12-20 hours per week

$18.00+ per hour





Responsibilities include:

. Exceptional guest service throughout the shift

· Greeting each customer as they walk in

· Explaining the menu to new customers

Preparing food for the customer and complying with diet and allergies they have discussed with you

· Remembering and creating a personalized relationships with regular customers

· Ensuring each food product is made up to Urban Cravings standards and public health standards

· Handling cash and debit transactions

· Daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping/mopping etc.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and outgoing, enjoys chatting with customers

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers

- Prior experience in customer service and food service a must

-Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers

-Proficient in cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

-Organizational skills that help maintain an orderly work environment and streamline operations.
