We are looking for a professional and client focused Clinic Assistant / Scalp Care Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-groomed, and passionate about client care and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly, verify appointment details, and assist with check-in procedures to ensure effective client flow
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing equipment and ensuring supplies are stocked and organized
- Maintain accurate client records, update charts, and manage appointment scheduling using electronic record systems
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with health regulations through regular sanitation checks
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and processing paperwork efficiently
- Assist with washing clients’ hair and preparing them for treatment.
- Ensure all towels, robes, and products are fully stocked.




- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Robust customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with shampooing and blow-drying is preferred. A hairdressing qualification is not required, as full training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Dedication to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic.
