Small Town Electric Corp. is looking for an experienced electrical professional to assist with estimating, scheduling, project coordination, and day-to-day operations.
We work in residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial electrical contracting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical estimates and material takeoffs.
- Schedule electricians and coordinate projects.
- Order materials and communicate with suppliers.
- Track project budgets, labour, and material costs.
- Assist with customer communication and project planning.
- Work alongside our virtual assistant on administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Electrical trade experience required.
- Journeyperson electrician or electrical estimating experience preferred.
- Experience scheduling and managing electrical projects.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- QuickBooks Online and Excel experience are assets.
Ideal Candidate:
An experienced electrician, estimator, project manager, or semi-retired electrical contractor looking for flexible, part-time office work.
Growth Opportunity:
This position will start at approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities for increased hours during busy seasons and the potential to transition into a full time role as Small Town Electric Corp. continues to grow.
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
