Job Summary

The Construction Laborer supports construction, repair, and finishing work by preparing work areas, handling materials, and assisting skilled trades. This hands-on role calls for protected, dependable work and gives the applicant the opportunity to learn Framing, siding, interior renovations and roofing

Duties

- Prepare sites, move materials, and use hand tools and power tools to support daily construction activities.
- Assist with concrete forming and finishing, carpentry, drywall, caulking, painting, masonry, flooring, tile, siding and roofing
- Keep work areas orderly and coordinate with crew members to complete tasks efficiently. Your impact: careful preparation and teamwork help colleagues deliver quality work on schedule.
- Learn multiple trade skills

Requirements

Required: Practical ability to use hand and power tools safely, follow instructions, read basic blueprints or schematics, and support physical construction tasks with care and attention to detail.

Preferred: People looking to get into the trades and wanting to learn many different aspects of the trade

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
