Overview
We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Tube laser cutting equipment. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with Autocad Inventor.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication
- Program CNC laser equipment for specific job requirements
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols related to machinery operation, including crane
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
Requirements
- Proven experience with CNC laser cutting, design & programming
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints
- Ability to operate cranes
