What Does It Take?

- No fixed hours, weekly hours depend on your effectiveness in generating SOP adherence amongst subordinates;
- May 1st - June 30th: no fixed hours; expect to work between 40-60 hours per week
- July 1st - Aug 31st: no fixed hours; expect to work between ~40 hours per week




- Weekend flexibility (weather dependent)
- A coachable mindset and the ability to take feedback and criticism effectively
- Ability to keep a cool-head when things don’t go according to plan
- An desire to motivate subordinates to
- Willingness to learn how to communicate with potential clients and understand their questions and concerns
- A desire to build on our positive community atmosphere and an alignment with our values
- Full-time access to a vehicle and license
- A desire to make money and put in responsible effort
