About Forge Kia

This is the all-new Forge Kia. Sault Ste. Marie's Kia dealership has a new name, new ownership and a new energy, and we are just getting started. A brand-new state-of-the-art facility is coming in the near future, built for the way people shop for vehicles today. We sell the full Kia lineup, including the Sportage, Sorento, Telluride, Carnival, Seltos and K4, along with quality pre-owned vehicles, backed by full service and parts departments. If you have ever wanted to get in on the ground floor of something and grow with it, this is that moment.

The role

You will guide customers from first contact to delivery on new Kia and pre-owned vehicles. That means working showroom traffic, phone and internet leads, and your own follow-up pipeline. You will be supported by a Sales Manager who works deals with you, a Finance office that handles the paperwork, and a CRM that protects your prospects. No prior car sales experience is required. We will train the right person.

What you will do

· Greet customers, understand what they need, and present the right vehicle with a proper walkaround and test drive

· Work internet and phone leads promptly and log every contact in the CRM

· Present numbers, handle objections, and close deals with the Sales Manager's support

· Deliver vehicles, set up Kia Connect and the owner's app, and introduce the customer to our Service team

· Follow up after delivery to earn surveys, reviews, referrals and repeat business

· Keep up with Kia product knowledge and complete Kia Canada's online training

· Help keep the showroom and lot presentable

What we are looking for

· A genuine interest in people and in cars. You enjoy conversations and like solving problems

· Self-motivation and follow-through.



You keep your pipeline moving without being told

· Comfort with technology: CRM, email, texting, and the digital tools in today's vehicles

· Clear written and spoken English

· Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean abstract

· OMVIC certification, or willingness to complete it before your start date (we will help you get it)

· Availability for a retail schedule including Saturdays and some evenings

· Previous sales, hospitality or customer service experience is an asset, not a requirement

Compensation

A base salary so you never start the month at zero, plus a bonus structure that pays you on every vehicle you deliver and stacks monthly and annual bonuses on top for volume, customer satisfaction and finance results. Expected first-year earnings are $55,000 to $90,000 with no cap. Top performers earn well above that. Full details are shared at interview.
