G.A. Innovation is seeking a technician to join our growing team in Manitoba. This role focuses on commercial and institutional projects only, including healthcare, education, government, and enterprise facilities.

We are looking for a skilled, safety-conscious technician who takes pride in clean, professional work and wants long-term stability with opportunities to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate work with other trades and internal teams
- Provide proper communication with client
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Pull, route, and secure low voltage wiring in accordance with code and project drawings
- Install Cabinets, j-hook pathways, Devices (Door Hardware, Card Access, Cameras, Healthcare)
- Termination of Devices and Headend
- Ability to test all components and confirm operation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures, site requirements, and PPE standards

Qualifications





- M License or Red Seal Electrician (required)
- Commercial and/or institutional technician experience
- Experience configuring field devices is an asset
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and lifts
