Barber / Fade Master, Miami Fades (Yorkville, The Beaches, Ajax)

Miami Fades has served Toronto and the GTA since 2010. We are a luxury barbershop built on precision, hospitality, professionalism and atmosphere. We are growing our team of barbers for our Yorkville, The Beaches and Ajax shops.

Pay

- CA$70,000 to $96,000 a year with tips, or about CA$5,800 to $8,000 a month, depending on your bookings
- Tiered commission up to 60% (50% on your first $1,500 in weekly service sales, 55% from $1,500 to $2,500, 60% above $2,500), plus 100% of your tips and 25% on product sales
- Guaranteed $20 an hour or commission, whichever is higher, for your first 90 days while your book builds
- $1,000 sign-on payment, paid $500 at 30 days and $500 at 90 days (full terms in your offer letter)
